The 8th graders are soon to be free from classes, teachers and all the other pressures of school. But they are on a crossroad of their lives. And it's a tough one but can be crossed! And what's on the other side is another crossing and another mountain to climb, and YOU will do the best you can! That's the most important thing they have to learn now... And never, never give up!

ALL THE BEST ON EVERY ONE OF YOUR FUTURE CROSSROADS, AND A STRONG WIND FOR YOUR WINGS!

CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATES!!!

THE SPELLING BEES ARE BUZZING AGAIN!!!

On May the 25th,2015.  and for the fifth ( 5th) time, the spelling competition was held at our school. I'm not going to discuss the symbolism of number five, but it's been very successful and fun as always .

There were participants from all the classes of the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade. They all had  their supporters who enjoyed cheering and learning of course!

Finally, we had a very hard time on proclaiming the winner since the competitors were so good that we thought we would have at least three golden bees! But eventually the details decided and the first three places were taken...

I must say that the teachers enjoyed this as much as the pupils if not more so, because there is nothing more satisfactory for a teacher to see pupils motivated and ready to learn and initiate the learning through extra effort and imagination of creating.

I WISH THE BEES NEVER STOPPED BUZZING!

WE'LL BE FOLLOWING YOU NEXT YEAR AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME!

thank you for being great children...

She is so beautiful and gives us everything we need. Still we have been searching for the paradise from day one of our existence in it, because we can not understand what we are given, the freedom of life in her hands...

She is innocent and she suffers, but like any other parent she cannot stop her spoiled children. So we'll suffer too, since we have no true knowledge or appreciation for what we see and breathe and drink and eat every day...

She warns us from time to time. More often these days i think.

But it seems that we don't take her seriously. Will the power of material wealth really triumph over the immense but hushed power of the spirit, of the human nature which is essentially one with the world? Will we let it triumph and destroy freedom and therefore life itself? Will she burst into tears and flood us again? I ask myself all the time what can we do, and I feel the answer in every smile of my children and children all over the world...we can do everything if we want to save them and their future, and they have no plans for the alternative planets, they want this one saved! I believe in the power of individuals to change the world, because individuals make beautiful large groups of life and energy on mother Earth. Each individual can act consciously and responsibly and the Earth will remain beautiful!

We made too many wrong mistakes.

Pair up in threes.

We're lost, but we're making great time!

We were overwhelming underdogs.

Never answer an anonymous letter.

I knew exactly where it was, I just couldn't find it.

You give 100 percent in the first half of the game, and if that isn't enough in the second half you give what's left.

90% of the game is half mental.

You can observe a lot just by watching.

It gets late early out there. (Referring to the sun conditions in left field at the stadium.)

Little League baseball is a good thing because it keeps the parents off the streets and the kids out of the house.

I really liked it. Even the music was good. (When asked if he liked the opera one evening.)

I don't know, I'm not in shape yet. (When asked what size cap he wanted.)

You should always go to other people's funerals. Otherwise they won't come to yours.

You better cut the pizza in four pieces. I'm not hungry enough to eat eight.

It was hard to have a conversation with anyone - there were too many people talking.

A nickel ain't worth a dime anymore.

I'd find the fellow who lost it, and, if he was poor, I'd return it. (When asked what he would do if he found a million dollars.)

It's not too far, it just seems like it is.

(When bumped by a man carrying a grandfather clock) Why can't you wear a watch like everybody else?

No, you didn't wake me up. I had to get up to answer the phone anyway.

Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded.

The only reason I need these gloves is 'cause of my hands.

You've got to be very careful if you don't know where you're going, because you might not get there.

Thanks, you don't look so hot yourself. (After being told he looked cool.)

We have a good time together, even when we're not together.

It's never happened in the World Series history - and it hasn't happened since.

I usually take a two hour nap, from one to four.

Don't get me right, I'm just asking.

Shut up and talk.

You mean now? (When asked for the time.)

I wish I had an answer to that, because I'm tired of answering that question.

Steve McQueen looks good in this movie. He must have made it before he died.

How long have you known me, Jack? And you still don't know how to spell my name. (Upon receiving a cheque from Jack Buck made out to "Bearer".)

The other teams could make trouble for us if they win.

I always thought that record would stand until it was broken.

The towels were so thick there I could hardly close my suitcase.
